Had friends in from out of town yesterday and they chose to have breakfast at this Panera in Johnstown. We were all very disappointed with a few things that you should be made aware of. They do not drink coffee, so they ordered Pepsi as their drink suggestion. There was no Pepsi in the fountain machine. My friend told two different people who said they would have someone refill it for him. We sat for almost an hour and no one came to refill the Pepsi for them. What disgusted us even more was the ladies room. There was an employee changing clothes and combing her long hair in the handicap stall. When I went in, her boots and a clump of her long dark hair laid on the floor. There was no toilet paper in there. So I decided to go into the other stall, and what was left of the roll was sitting on the floor!!! How gross and disgusting. No toilet paper in either stall in the toilet paper area hanging on the wall. I mentioned it to an employee who assured me they would have someone take care of that issue. But, that didn’t happen either during our visit. The one employee told me they were short staffed the day before, but things like this should not be overlooked!! Very disappointed to say the least. I honestly expect better cleanliness and better service from Panera.
