The staff I interacted with were consistently kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the large TV as well as the city view I received after the upgrade. While there were some issues such as long elevator waits and a bathroom odor, the overall experience was positive, especially thanks to the dedicated staff who worked hard to assist guests.
