I've relied on their Melipone (Mexican) Vanilla and other extracts (Orange, Almond) for a long time in my pancake recipes, and while they may be pricier, they are truly exceptional. The unique quality of the Melipone Vanilla sets it apart from any other similar products out there, and it's worth the investment to experience its authentic flavor. Just a cautionary note, I've encountered some inferior imitations from other sellers that have been adulterated with substances like ethylene glycol, which is commonly used as anti-freeze in automobiles.
