Sevilla, the oldest Spanish restaurant in NYC since 1936, offers a cozy atmosphere that blends the charm of an old tavern with a touch of old-world Italian family warmth. The food, especially the lobster seafood paella and tapas like pulpo and shrimp ajillo, is incredibly flavorful and fresh, complemented perfectly by their sangria and attentive, friendly service. The lively ambiance, complete with live guitar and singing, made the evening feel like a private home gathering, creating a memorable dining experience that I look forward to repeating.
