I have been shorted food twice in a row after waiting over 30 min to get it. The first time I contacted them. The manager replied asking if I wanted free food or compensation. Which I respond yes as I didn't even receive what I payed for. Then no response. The second time it's not about the money for me. Teach people how to count how many items they load into a bag...
