Ordered 2 subs. One of them was a steak and cheese. When I got it home it was cold. The cheese on it wasn't even melted. Called them back and told them my steak and cheese was cold. She informed me that they don't heat them unless requested. Asked her how many steak and cheese she had ever ordered and they weren't heated. She replied none. ????? Nice to hire these type of people but please supervise them!
