Summit Brewing has been a consistent presence in the upper Midwest craft beer scene since the late eighties, offering quality beers that focus on classic styles rather than trends. The tap room combines a spacious yet cozy atmosphere with friendly staff, a dog-friendly patio, and occasional live entertainment, making it a comfortable place to relax. Although the taproom hours are somewhat limited and the merchandise selection is modest, the affordable beer flights, community events, and welcoming environment create a solid experience for both locals and visitors.
