The hotel has a quiet and Victorian vibe that I love, but the rooms smell like cigarettes and the carpets appear dirty. Unfortunately, there's no hotel parking, but there's a parking structure across the street that charges around $50. Despite these drawbacks, the historic building, European-style rooms, and accommodating staff make it a great value for the price and location.
