When I see a menu with everything $9.99 I think there is very little planning of cost of product vs cost to customers. Lunch sandwiches should not be store bought lunch meat but generous helpings of cook-cut meats, such as the hot turkey sandwich and the hot pastrami sandwich.
But the staff has improved greatly. They seem to really care for their customers.
