Just ordered a Italian hoagie from antonios. The last time I was there was about two years ago. I am disappointed with the hoagie I received as it had very little meat, it had more bread than meat, vegetables were just thrown on top with a small container of dressing which contained red wine vinegar. I couldn't believe they gave only vinegar as a dressing. The meat was tasteless. I took the meat from one half and placed in the other half as my hopes were it would look like a real hoagie. I thought maybe that would do it, but I threw it away it was that bad. I don't know if the owners are aware of how food is being prepared but I would recommend some changes. I'll go with Lombardo and Demurro's next time they serve completely different hoagies and they taste great. They actually have meat in the hoagie. Please do something before someone else wastes 10 dollars. I had to place rating in order for the review to be saved on line. The food doesn't deserve a rating as it was that bad.

The pizza is good. Not authentic napoletana - but NY big slices fluffy yet crispy dough real marinara sauce (not the garbage sugar sauce). The best around like this. Similar to Rosario's/Basilico's. As for people complaining about the service --- it's called a pizzeria. This is a corner pizza shop not michelin star luxury night out. They have good service. I've been to many pizzeria's that operate this way where you get your order when it's called. They use actual chicken in their subs and chicken wing pizza not fake chicken nugget meat. I recommend it.

I agree. I was recommended to go there because it has been family owned for years, so I figured that you would get that nice homemade taste of a real pizza but to me it was ok. Just your average pizza. I may go again to try a sub.I rather take out although. There is no service, when the food is ready you have to get up and get it yourself.

I did not like the food or the atmosphere.
