I visited Wendy's on 8/22/19 and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service provided by Jessica. Despite a slight delay with one of my items, the manager went above and beyond by offering a free frosty as a gesture of goodwill. The food was fresh and hot, and the overall experience left me impressed with this Wendy's location.
