Living in East Grand Forks, I found limited options for quality Chinese food until a friend suggested China Moon, which exceeded my expectations with its flavorful dishes like Hunan Style Chicken and General Tso Chicken. The food arrives hot and fresh even after a drive, and the variety-from egg rolls to fried potstickers-consistently impresses, making it a go-to for both dine-in and takeout. While the lunch buffet offers excellent quality, it's best to visit early to ensure the freshest selections, and note that the restaurant only accepts cash or checks.
