went to dine around 12;15 only one customer in place waitress was from the kitchen. ordered chicken sand with rings and fries and a cheeseburger with rings. took 25 minutes to get our food the buns were burnt but eatable the rings were burnt to a crisp and not eatable server said she would take the rings off the bill but she did not. the chicken and burger were good except for the burnt bun. I am a server and would NEVER have taken those plates to the customer

Horrible service. Called ahead to see what was on the buffet and got there and was totally different. We were the only people there at Saturday 1130. Had to ask For plates for buffet and the waitress came out and shook the water off them on then floor in front of us before handing us a wet plate. Food was cold.
