Walked in there was two people in front of us. We have been waiting for over an hour now!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Couldn't even get a refund because there's no one at the counter!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!

When they first opened the Ozma was good it gradually got worse. I just bought a pizza ther brought it home opened the box it's was dried up nasty with hardly any toppings I think they need some management there to oversee what the workers are doing.
