This place was an institution. If Tom Waits had wandered through Laramie, he'd have ended up at Rose Cafe. Obscenely large burgers. Milkshakes the texture of roofing tar. Brick-sized egg rolls that violated the dietary laws of every human religion. It was kind of awful, but it was perfect.
