Spent $25 the sandwich was burnt, fries cold and old. Ridiculous how nasty the food is. Burger King should be embarrassed that they hired people that would put out food like that. I don't know about other people but I don't have money to waste like that. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Glad BK is back in Galesburg(as of 12/17). Been there several times since. Always enjoyed the food. The service is good, though they need to consider opening both registers at once. Have only used the drive-through once. Like that you can get the Whopper during breakfast hours.

Have tried this place a few times in the past with less than decent experiences. But today was very different. Food was better than expected from my previous visits. The place was clean and the customer service had changed for the better.

They need to train the employees at drive thru. They are very rude and not friendly. I was ordering a few items and she said "if you would stop talking, I need to tell you about one of the items". Another time I went and the girl dropped the change I was handing her. she had me pull up, get out of car, and pick up the money for her.

Also, whoever designed the parking lot and drive thru lane needs to go back to engineering school. It is the absolute worst design.

As of 2003, Burger King isn't in Galesburg. Rumors are they are coming back, but as of 7/13/15, they don't do business here.
