Stepping inside feels like being welcomed into a familiar Nicaraguan home, where every dish bursts with authentic flavors that remind me of cherished memories. The fritanga, with its tender, juicy meats, is a feast I savor without sharing, and the warm hospitality makes the long drive from Long Beach completely worth it.

The food here is truly authentic and feels just like being at a family gathering. The Fritanga is perfect for sharing, but I always end up taking the leftovers home because it's just too good to leave behind! The flavors remind me of home, and the Nacatamales are a must-have for me to take back with me.
