Thanks to misinformation by the staff and a label on their window saying dairy free ice cream at Scoops Ice Cream and Coffee my 7yr old ended up in the ER. She has a sever allergy to dairy and ate some of their so called "dairy free" ice cream. Once she started having breathing issues in their parlor, I confronted them and found the label stated the 1st ingredient was dairy. I returned to my child to administer medication so she wouldn't stop breath. My husband confronted the staff and they wiped the label off the window that stated it was dairy free. My daughter had to be rushed to the ER for medical treatment and observation. This is unacceptable!!! Please share!

Took almost a half an hour to be served. Friend wanted waffle cone but they were out. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. They then took 10 minutes to make whipped cream. Meanwhile, a drive through customer, not acknowledged for 10-15 minutes drove away, another person cancelled their order. My sundae had maybe two teaspoons of cold Hershey syrup, no walnuts because they were out. The server handled herself fine but she obviously needed help. I believe that if a new business opens they need to have extra staff in anticipation of customers giving it a try. First impressions are important! I may give it one more chance to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that's it
