After we left the room and got home, we realized we left something important behind. Thanks to Mr. Felix, the hotel manager, and the team members, our stuff will be shipped to us soon via UPS. I really appreciate the help and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Bay Area. The service for the Niner playoff game in 2024 was fantastic - easy check-in, friendly staff, and a delicious complimentary breakfast with plenty of options.
