Ready yes, hot NO!

East Ervin Road, Van Wert, Ohio,They advertise hot and ready! However whenever my family or I go to get pizza they are never ready! Last Tuesday they said, "They just got dough in last night and we are sorry!" Well I guess they need a new manager!
