The food was delicious and the service was excellent, with reasonable prices and generous portions that really hit the spot. I loved the pickled jalapeños option and the friendly staff made the whole takeout experience enjoyable, so I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Pikeville.

The food at Pancho's was really tasty and the prices were fair. I ordered the Fajita nachos and my wife had the Carne Asada, which she thought was just "OK", but the beans and rice were a hit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of jalapeño options offered. Overall, a great Mexican dining option in Pikeville that I would recommend to friends and family.
