I prefer to avoid dive bars due to my allergies to hops and pot, and the typical beer-centric menu doesn't appeal to me. However, a recent experience at a bar with Mediterranean food options changed my perspective, offering a refreshing alternative to the typical dive bar fare. The friendly service, delicious food, and relaxed atmosphere left me pleasantly surprised and considering a return visit for a casual night out with friends.
