A friendly staff member provided us with information about the one-room coffee roasting operation, where everything is done by hand. This location is part of the McMenamins empire and serves as the production hub for their coffee products sold at various establishments. The tour, although brief, offers insight into the coffee roasting process and provides a stamp for your McMenamins Passport.
