The inside young lady was wonderful and professional. Then my husband and I waited and waited and asked twice? More than a half hour went by and nothing. Finally for the 3rd time my husband went to the counter and the #1 lady asked #2 who took care of the drive thru and handed out the inside customers theirs. #1 asked #2 who yelled I called their food order number and they didn't come up. My husband said no we were listening for tickonumber or food order # and it wasn't called. The drive thru lady went nuts and started yelling at my husband. Through his money at him. No offer of food. I jumped up and told her that she had NOT called us up We were excited to be there and looking forward to a fish lunch. When I was slow leaving she screamed she would call the police. We left. No wonderful fish lunch.
By the way. The store wasn't busy.
I had eaten there at noon the week before when it was busy and without drama. I had told my husband how great the fish is and how nice the people were. That was before this incident. I'm 76 and no one has ever treated me so badly.
