Airport food often falls short of expectations, but The Great American Bagel Bakery was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed a lox bagel on an everything bagel, which struck a good balance of chewiness and freshness, and the ingredients were well-proportioned. The courteous staff provided efficient service, making my experience at this airport eatery quite enjoyable.
