The food at Golden China is good, not exceptional, but good enough for us to enjoy as a convenient option close by with reasonable prices. We order takeout from there at least once a month due to the decent food quality and quick service. Our go-to dishes are Moo Goo Gai Pan, Sesame Chicken, General Tso Chicken, Boneless Spare Ribs, and Hunan Shrimp, all satisfying choices for our regular orders. If there were room for improvement, my suggestions would be to avoid having teenagers taking orders to minimize errors and to consider adding delivery service to enhance the overall experience at Golden China.

I have tried every "Chinese" style restaurant in Gaston County and some in Mecklenburg but this has always been the best I have found locally!

I have tried almost every "Chinese" restaurant in this town and this is the best in Gastonia, Shelby, Lincolnton, and some places I've tried in Charlotte.
