Always go here for heavy meals, especially before workouts. Always good food and the best service I've ever had. Only reason there are 5 stars is because you can't leave 100!

Called to place an order and was rudely told to "could you hold on...!", In a frustrated voice. Then I was hung up on! I was sitting in the car at the front while everyone was standing around talking at the front counter. This was on October 15, 2020 at 6:15 PM. Also only two cars were there, and a couple walked up, saw no indoor dining - pick only! I am sorry but apparently this Milano's location at Ware's Crossing near LaGrange is being poorly supervised and mismanaged. I loved the food at both locations. I guess my wife and I can no order here, much eat here! Please get the staff on track or you are going to shut down - COVID or no COVID!
