The food is good, but the people who work there are very rude, first they told me that they did not receive checks, so someone who was there waiting for their order, wanted to pay for my order with their card, and a lady from the kitchen came out, asked many questions but with a very aggressive tone, After this incident, She told me if she would receive my check, and the customer insisted on paying me, and She asked the gentleman, do you know Ella? You come with Her?
I was terrified by this situation, because I had never seen this in any other restaurant, so my family and friends, decided not to return to that place.

I ordered takeout tonight and I asked for extra veggies for my sweet and sour chicken and didn't get them. I literally had four pieces of peppers and onions and two pieces of carrots and pineapple. My granddaughter had orange chicken and she couldn't eat it. The chicken was all dried up and hard. This happened to us a couple months ago and I said I was done there but thought we would give them another chance. I guess nothing has changed so we are done there. Very disappointing when you spend $30 and it's trash.

The restaurant seemed inviting as we walked in. We ordered Chicken Chow Mein and Chicken Moo Goo Gai Pan-things we often order so we could compare. The prices and portions for lunch were great, but we were not too impressed with the taste. I really felt things needed some seasoning, there wasn't much flavor. Of course you can add soy sauce, but it needed a base flavor. As another review said, the fried rice is nothing more than rice with soy sauce--no peas and carrots as it said on menu and no egg. The chicken pieces seemed steamed and not very appealing. Vegetables were fresh tasting though. It probably is mostly take out as you order when you come in and no one came to ask how we liked it. May try something again, but mediocre meal.

My Orange Chicken was mostly grizzle and fatty skin chunks. Some kind of weird bbq sauce on it to cover it up. Weird flavor! My partner had the seasame chicken; same sauce with a few sprinkles on top! Then the waitress filled the water jug with a pail that like from a mop bucket arrangement, sad, I don't think we'll be going back soon! Would rate less

We've been ordering take-out at China House for a few years and love it every time. Super quick service and always a friendly & knowledgeable staff.

It's the best Chinese food I could expect for New Richmond, WI, service is always pretty good, I always do carry out, but the dining room seems clean. It would be epic if they would deliver in town. Like, seriously, I would probably order at least once or twice per week if they delivered. Portion sizes are small for the price.

I've dined at many different chinese restaurants in my lifetime and I would put this one right up there with the best of them. The food is ready fast and tastes great. The beef lo mein and sweet and sour chicken are my go to platters.
