The restaurant offers a lively New Orleans-inspired atmosphere with delicious breakfast and brunch options. The attentive servers made the experience enjoyable, and I would gladly return despite slightly high prices.

We ate breakfast at Toast on 12/21/13. The hostess was very curt, not friendly at all.
The serviced was hurried. Completed my husbands sentence when ordering. She did not have any time for us did not smile, dropped off the drinks and food and kept moving. As I observed, it was obvious that it was difficult for her to be pleasant to people of color. She did not want to take her time.
She too was curt. We did not feel welcomed.
The food is very good. This is too bad, we will not return again. We come to Charleston, 3 times a year.
