The scan-and-go feature and order-ahead options have truly transformed my shopping experience with their convenience, and the staff consistently impress me with their friendliness, especially Tommy in the pharmaceutical area and the tire center team where Chris Y., Alex Pangacian, and Anthony Hookano provided exceptional, knowledgeable service that made a stressful situation much easier. Despite occasional frustrations with changing norms and limited brand selections, the fresh food offerings like the kalua pork plate and pre-made meals stand out for their quality and value, making each visit worthwhile even during busy times.
