During my recent visit to the Umstead Hotel for a corporate Christmas party, I encountered a bit of confusion with the valet parking, but as a first-time guest, it didn't detract much from the overall experience. The event room welcomed us with a lively atmosphere featuring a DJ, a beer and wine bar, and complimentary open liquor, all complemented by a delicious dinner of beef tenderloin with au jus and a flavorful horseradish sauce, served by the attentive and accommodating staff. The beautiful venue and the opportunity to savor High Tea in the Triangle make the Umstead Hotel a compelling choice for future gatherings.
