When my sister's drink lost its lid, the staff promptly replaced it without any fuss. That's real classy. I've always enjoyed everything I've ordered here - keep it up! I really wish the Owosso store had a drive-thru though, it's tough to get in and out quickly. The place is very clean, giving off a lobby vibe, and the three women working there were all super friendly and attentive. Plus, the service was lightning fast, and I appreciated the quick suggestion for an extra shot - perfect for when I'm feeling tired. Overall, a great spot for the area.
