My recent experience with Instacart delivery service from Fred Meyer in Kent was incredibly frustrating due to multiple errors. Despite re-ordering and waiting for hours, my groceries were delivered late and I was charged twice for the same order. I had to contact the store for a refund and was impressed by the helpfulness of manager Kenny and his mother, who went above and beyond to assist me during a challenging shopping trip on crutches.
