WORSE EXPERENCE EVER!!!!!
This place was the biggest joke.. due to lack of Management skills and immature staffing created the worse experience for are party of 15 guest. “With” reservations we waited 30 minutes to be seated, who’s the manager??? 15 guest all standing around with no introduction to wait times or explanation to what was going on with are reservations. Then we wait for the cook more time…. For him to arrive an hour into are original reserved time, only to Burn the rice and noodles and to give the Birthday guest his food Last of shrimp and scallops with NO shrimp… cold burned food with incomplete orders and lack of anyone accommodating the experience for a birthday party we left only to be rudely confronted by staff with their lack of math skills in counting cash. After the Manager finally made her presents known are party was hungry, tired and irritated. we expressed are crappy service and how upset we all were one of the staff members from the back came out wanting to assault the birthday guest. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RECOMMED NOR EAT HERE. Calling the next day the manager “ROXANNE”
