The $30 x2 scallop plates we ordered for today's dinner was not up to Heron creek standards. The soup was so-so. The risotto was starchy, sticky, and generally unappetizing. The bacon wrapped around the scallops was extremely sweet - tasted like it had been marinated in syrup. The sweet bacon taste was transferred to the scallops destroying any resemblance to the normal taste of scallops. In short we were very disappointed in this dinner but, thankfully, this has not always been our experience with other meals served here.
