The hotel features a stunning ten-story atrium with a dramatic staircase leading to the mezzanine, creating an inviting and spacious atmosphere throughout the public areas. Our suite was thoughtfully designed with a separate living area, comfortable bedding, upgraded finishes, and excellent water pressure in the shower, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring the vibrant downtown surroundings. Conveniently located near the Bridgestone Arena and numerous restaurants, the attentive staff and access to a well-stocked executive lounge added to the overall enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Average for the price of a room. Service ok, but again average. Nothing spectacular. I would rather eat out.
