I was introduced to Staubitz by my grandmother many years ago, and it quickly became a staple for holiday feasts featuring perfectly cooked steaks, poultry, and more. The quality of their meats was unmatched, and my family and friends always looked forward to the dishes I prepared from there. However, in recent years, we've noticed a decline in quality, which has led us to explore other butcher options in the area.
