No subs. What kind of place no longer offers hoagies. The main issue they have is experience. You can't make a consistent pizza when everything is being cooked in the same oven. No degee hesr just copied receipies without an expert figuring why his or her 🍕 varies from minute to minute. One very good pie a 10 the next pie to go a 0. How is that possible it's almost impossible and that suggests they haven't a clue. Anyone can create a great pizza well let's say anyone with a bit of help. But when you haven't a clue why your pizza ranges from a 0 to a 10 you don't no what your doing. The reality is they don't care because these customers are just passing through.. who cares will catch up to you ... Novice Cooks with good recipes .. always fails. If the owner can't see the reality of how inconsistent it is. The customers a majority are blind tourists. As if children ... Both the pizza place and the Mexican restaurant are univiting .. spoiled because it depends on tourist.
