Craving sushi led me to try Sushi J Express, where the freshness and flavor of every dish exceeded my expectations, from the perfectly cooked vegetables in the chicken teriyaki bowls to the spicy, flavorful Ninja Jalapeños. The friendly husband-and-wife team running the restaurant creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels like dining at a friend's home, even though it's take-out only with a short wait. Despite the busy environment and cash-only policy, the quality of the fish and the care put into each order make it worth every penny, and I can't wait to explore more of their menu.

After craving sushi, I decided to try Sushi J Express for lunch, where I ordered a lava roll and a crunchy roll that were ready in just a few minutes and incredibly fresh. The owners are very friendly, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their delicious offerings, including the perfectly cooked chicken teriyaki bowls and flavorful Ninja Jalapeños.
