As a first-time visitor, I ordered an XL pepperoni and bacon pizza with extra cheese, which was flavorful although the cheese didn't appear extra. The garlic knots were exceptional, and the ambiance felt cozy; however, there was some confusion with the order pickup due to the busy environment.
