The porchetta sandwich at the Fatted Calf is incredibly flavorful and satisfying, with a delicious combination of veggies and herbs. I also enjoyed the Spanish chorizo and ham hock, which added a lot of depth and flavor to our meal. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations, making for an overall enjoyable experience.
