I had the pleasure of trying the delicious offerings from Chile Billy at the LoHi Music Festival. The friendly staff guided me to try the chicken and veggie options, both of which were incredibly flavorful and perfectly complemented by the fresh slaw and queso blanco toppings. The unique twist on classic street tacos, with spicy veggies and tasty chicken wrapped in double tortillas, made for a delightful culinary experience that left me eager to return for more.
