I came across Biker Jim's at Coors Field during a Rockies game a couple of years ago, and I was determined to find them again when I returned to the stadium. As a vegan, the options for food at sporting events are usually limited, but Biker Jim's at Coors Field has a delicious vegan dog that is both flavorful and affordable. Pair it with your choice of toppings for a satisfying meal at the ballpark.
