I headed over to Ivanhoe Brewery and noticed a food truck parked outside, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Loki, and I found it to be quite satisfying although a bit heavy with all the ingredients. The grilled flatbread was crispy, and the lady running the truck mentioned that she made everything from scratch, which was a nice touch. The Swedish flavors were a new experience for me, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious contrast of flavors in each bite.
