The restaurant has great food and the best Margaritas in the surrounding area. I really appreciate the long-time servers who have been working there for 30 years. The staff is very courteous, the food is excellent, the prices are great, making it an overall fantastic place to eat. The service was quick when I visited on a Friday night, and our food was hot and delicious. The Margaritas were also impressive, and I'm a big fan of the salsa they serve. Don't believe all the negative reviews, as I've dined here over 10 times and it's always been a legit and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend trying the chori pollo dish, it's the best I've had. The Carne Asada was tender and flavorful, and the live music added to the great atmosphere. It's almost like a little piece of Mexico right here in Granite City.
