I would give this establishment a solid four stars, as the food was flavorful and the atmosphere inviting, despite a minor hiccup at the self-ordering kiosk and initial staff oversight. The original Italian beef sandwich was moist and perfectly seasoned, and the friendly employees, especially one who went out of her way to help, made my visit enjoyable and memorable.

My experience at this location was decent, overall rating would be a 4. There was a minor issue with the self-ordering kiosk as it ran out of receipt paper, and one of the staff members initially failed to acknowledge me. However, the supervisor intervened, and another employee went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The food quality was good, with flavorful Italian beef and well-made onion rings, and the atmosphere was pleasant with cool wall art and a quick-moving line.
