Every time I visit the University of Maryland's Farmers Market, I order the fried catfish rice bowl salad because the flavors explode with freshness and the red dressing is absolutely irresistible. Their Thai dishes, like the Panang curry and chicken curry puffs, are incredibly well-prepared and remind me of authentic tastes from Thailand. The line can be long, but the delicious, fresh food and excellent service make every minute worth the wait.

I always make a beeline for the catfish rice bowl salad at the University of Maryland's Farmers Market - it's absolutely delicious with its delightful red dressing. The flavors are so wonderful and varied, making it a must-visit vendor at the market.
