This is yet another attempt by the owner to run a successful business. He has already run several into the ground. Nevermind that he is a jerk who lets his daughter drive with no license in an uninsured vehicle. She hit my mother, now she can't work, and he has topped it all off by harrassing both of my parents. Don't bother with him or his businesses.
