The food truck offering a variety of delicious eats in Charlotte is a must-try for those craving flavorful dishes. The menu boasts Asian-inspired dishes and American favorites, like the Porky Cheesy and Truffle fries that I thoroughly enjoyed. The grilled cheese had a satisfying crunch, while the truffle fries were aromatic and flavorful, although I personally felt they could have benefited from a side of ranch dipping sauce. With a menu full of tempting options, I look forward to returning for another tasty meal from Roaming Fork.
