Recently, I visited a Dairy Queen in Statesville, NC and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the new employees. Despite being short-staffed, the efficiency was impressive and the ice cream was undeniably delicious. The manager's quick response to resolving an issue with melted Buster Bars showcased a high level of customer care that left a lasting impression on me.
